One of THOSE days
You know it’s one of those days when your day goes from discovering that the shop that has the birthday presents you want to buy has disappeared - closed - kaput, to discovering that the other stores all seem to be renovating and have nothing left to sell you. Finally: arriving home, frustrated, tired and without presents, you drop your keys getting through the front door, and find that your security key no longer works in the door to your apartment.
Call the locksmith - turns out he’s away. Call second locksmith. He’s also away. Finally get emergency locksmith to show up. He explains: the annual locksmith conference is on this weekend.
*Sigh* - not a good way to start the weekend.
