Graduate from high-school. Avoid having any exams on 17.th of May, the norwegian constitution day, our 4th of July equivalent. Drink and celebrate all day.
Russ is from the latin Coruna Depositurus - to put ones horns away. In olden days, norwegian students were made to wear horns before learning their exam results. If they passed, the professor would take off their horns, showing that the animal had finally become wise enough to counted a man.
